Privacy Policy

Vibe Code Rescue is a project of Devela Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit vibecoderescue.com, request a Production Readiness Review, or subscribe to the newsletter.

Information you provide

When you submit a review inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional product URL, and the message you provide. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, credentials, private-repository access, or customer data through the form.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and, when provided, your name. If you later enter into a consulting engagement, information handled under that engagement may also be governed by the applicable agreement.

Information collected automatically

Our site uses the following analytics, security, and infrastructure services:

• Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies and related technologies to collect device and browser information, usage events, interactions with the site, and approximate location derived from network information. You can learn more in Google's Analytics privacy and data-collection documentation.
• Fathom Analytics. Fathom provides cookie-free website analytics. It processes information including IP address and user agent to generate privacy-focused, aggregated usage data and does not retain the raw IP address as part of the resulting analytics record. See Fathom's data journey.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. When enabled on the inquiry form, Turnstile evaluates browser and security signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide that security check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile documentation.
• Server logs. Our hosting and security systems may record IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, referring page, user agent, and security events for service operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use information to:

• review and respond to inquiries and determine fit and scope;
• communicate about a requested or active engagement;
• send newsletters to people who subscribe and process unsubscribe requests;
• understand site usage and improve the site and service;
• deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and forms;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• meet contractual, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information as needed to providers that help us operate the site and business, including website hosting, analytics, security, email delivery, and business communication providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and, where applicable, our agreements with them.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or support a business transaction involving Devela Enterprises LLC.

Retention

Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited records needed to honor the unsubscribe request. Inquiry, communications, server logs, and other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, an actual or potential engagement, security and troubleshooting, dispute resolution, or legal and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary with the type and purpose of the record.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Browser settings and privacy tools may let you limit or delete cookies, although doing so does not stop all cookie-free analytics or server logging. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the inquiry form only for the limited information requested.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
